Neuroscience has shown evidence of how practicing a mindful life can change the structure of the brain that allows us to focus, be more whole and integrated within the self and others. 

Being able to play (as when working with clay and other expressive arts) is a way to to keep a mindful practice. 

Join us as we listen to the journey and testimonial to play by An Mercado-Alcantara, writer, innkeeper turned clay artisan, toward her being a Clay Storytellers on 28 November 2015, Saturday, 8:00-12:00noon, Environmental Science Institute, Miriam College, QC. Experience, hands-on, how playing with clay can be a fun way to de-stress, and can be a path to self-discovery and healing. 

 A panel of psychologist reactors will provide inputs on how clay can be applied in different settings:

Workshop fee:  

Regular Rate – PhP 800 College and Graduate Students – 500
