Something interesting and wonderful happens inside us when we play. Regardless of our age and phase of life, many wonderful changes in our body, mind and spirit happen as we allow ourselves to play. Neuroscience has shown how living a mindful life changes the structure of our brain in way that will allow us to be more integrated and whole. Playing is certainly a mindful practice.
